Our story

When my son was a baby, I got tired of the trial-and-error game of finding places with decent changing facilities. Not a crisis – just an inconvenience. Which cafés have changing tables? Are they actually clean and accessible? Is there space for my bag and pram? After visiting enough places, I figured out my favourites. But it would have been much easier to know all this upfront.

As he's got older, the need has shifted. Now it's about discovering new places to take him – soft plays, parks, museums, child-friendly cafés. Bristol has loads of brilliant spots for families, but finding them means trawling through scattered blog posts and hoping the information is current.

So I built Nappy Map. A single place where you can see which venues have baby facilities, what type of changing room they have, whether there are highchairs, and what else is nearby. No endless Googling, no guessing, no disappointment – just reliable information from parents who've actually been there.

That's where you come in. If you visit somewhere and can confirm the facilities or add somewhere new, please do. The more parents contribute, the more useful this becomes for everyone.

It's made by parents, for parents. Practical information that makes days out with little ones a bit easier.
